Bitbucket Mirrored Repository fails to sync.

1. Pushing to bitbucket repository fails to trigger the relevant Cloud Build triggers that have been working consistently, and worked as recently as last night.

2. Going to https://source.cloud.google.com/admin/settings?projectId=PROJECT_ID&repository=REPOSITORY_ID and clicking on "Sync with bitbucket" results in a "Failed to sync repository" message

3. Browsing through the contents of the repository via https://source.cloud.google.com/PROJECT_ID/REPOSITORY_ID would show out-of-date results that do not show the last few hours of commits.

4. Now when I try to do #3, it just shows the "Sync with bitbucket" button which also results in a "Failed to sync repository" message.

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):

1. The bitbucket repository itself is fine. I can view the https://bitbucket.org/USER_NAME/OUR_PROJECT.git URL perfectly fine. My most recent commits are there. Our whole team can push and pull from this bucket with no issues.
