Steps to Reproduce or Code Sample to Reproduce:

Have DatePickerDialog with date validator defined as follows:

private fun interface DateValidator : (Long) -> Boolean

val state = rememberDatePickerState(initialSelectedDateMillis = ...)
val dateValidator = remember(startDate, endDate) {
  DateValidator { date -> date in startDate..endDate }
}

DatePickerDialog(
  ...
  content = {
    DatePicker(
      state = state,
      dateValidator = dateValidator
    )
  }
)

where startDate (Long) and endDate (Long) are a part of state and can change when date picker is open.

Open the dialog. Date validator works (days outside the range are disabled).
Keep the dialog open. Make the startDate and endDate change their values in the background (in my case it's ViewModel that reloads the data and the new state is emitted) so that the new instance of dateValidator is created.
The state of the days in the opened dialog is not updated. The dates that were outside the allowed range and now are within the range, are still disabled. The dates that were inside the range and now are outside of it, are still enabled

This also happens for compose-material3 1.2.0-alpha03 and SelectableDates interface:
