The Keyboard Shortcuts button is repeated twice for screen reader, once before the map region and once at the end of the map (which is where it is visually).

Ideally, it should only be read once and it should match the visual experience or the visual location should be adjusted to put the beginning.

Steps

1. Go to https://dev.devtest.vegas/en/restaurants-beta/mgmresorts/test-restaurant.html
2. Navigate with NVDA (version 2023.1) on the map of the Location section
3. Notice that it says "Keyboard Shortcuts button" before the map, then again at the end of the map
