The current edge to edge functionality for ModalBottomSheet in M3 is currently very finicky and non-intuitive. The various bugs reported by 3p users all boils down to the current popup implementation. This bug will be used as a tracker to follow as well as to tie in the various bugs that stem from this issue as dependencies.
