If you add the state, NSW, for 'Administrative area', it is found again.

Thank you for your post.
Searching for just the postal code is an ambiguous query that may lead to unexpected results. I would suggest to try to follow the Geocoding best practices[1]

Description
It is pretty hard to reproduce the bug. Some time it can occur all of a sudden and then goes away. When I could reproduce the bug on my own device, I noticed that the Windows dialog asking for admin never showed up. I also noticed that the Studio complained about the existing file directory and created a secondary installer file directory. Both could be the cause of the failure.
This bug is created as a master bug. User reported bugs will be mark as duplicate to this one.
If anyone has experienced the same issue (including the reporters of the bugs marked as duplicate), welcome to leave a comment and let me know whether you see the Windows dialog asking for admin privilege when such failure happens.
Note: Another "bug" regarding the HAXM/AEHD installation failure is also reported multiple times. The difference is that the HAXM/AEHD installers are successfully called but the installers detect a failure condition. This type of "bug" is NOT marked as duplicate to this one.
