Problem you have encountered:

• When creating a project with a user or a service account it is automatically granted with the Owner role to the user or service account that created the project.

This causes that a service account can have the owner role and to remove it manually from each project created by it after the creation of the project.

What you expected to happen:

• Be able to attach the Owner role to the creator of the project or not.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a project and it will automatically grant the Owner role.
