ConstraintLayout version: 2.1.3

Given activity_main.xml in the base.apk as:

Where the difference is just the remove of the Bottom_toBottomOf, when the RRO is enabled, the TextView is anchored to the top left corner of the activity, ignoring all the constraints values from the activity_main.xml from RRO apk.

Is a limitation of ConstrationLayout for RROs or is there a way to make it work?
