Issue Details:

Region: europe-west12
Error: Users are receiving an error message when trying to access the Dataproc cluster web interface with component gateway.

The error message states ERR_TOO_MANY_ACCEPT_CH_RESTARTS.

Steps Taken:

We have verified that the issue is specific to the europe-west12 region, as users can access the web interface without any problems in other regions. We have checked the cluster's configuration and ensured that the necessary firewall rules and network settings are correctly configured.

Troubleshooting Steps Attempted:

Cleared browser cache and cookies, and attempted to access the web interface from different browsers.
Checked the cluster's status using the Google Cloud Console and confirmed that the cluster itself is running without any reported issues.
Reviewed the cluster's logs for any potential errors or warnings related to the web interface.
Ensured that network routes and firewalls are correctly set up to allow access to the cluster's web interface.
