After updating androidx.navigation:navigation-compose to 2.7.0 I have noticed that rememberSavable is not working anymore. It causes a lot of dependent components to fail (for e.g. rememberLauncherForActivityResult).

Same issue occurs in 2.7.1 and rolling back to 2.6.0 resolves it.

Reproduction steps:

1. Enable Don't keep activities in developer options
2. Launch Activity with code sample from below
3. Check UUID printed in Logcat
4. Minimize Activity
5. Open it again
6. Check UUID printed in Logcat

Printed IDs should be the same. From version 2.7.0 they are not.
