Story points rate the relative effort of work in a Fibonacci-like format: 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 20, 40, 100. Each team will estimate work on a slightly different scale, which means the values in this field are likely only meaningful to the team that owns the Buganizer component in which the issue resides.

Description
The issue was reproduced on various devices, including NVidia Shield, Xiaomi Mi TV P1, and Android TV emulators. It seems to be present in all Android SDK versions. A screen recording and a sample project are available at the provided links.

To reproduce the issue, use DPAD instead of the touchscreen and open a screen with an AppCompatSeekBar on AndroidTV, with a secondaryProgress value different from the progress value. Then, focus on the seekbar and try to move the thumb using DPAD to the left or right.
The actual result is that the thumb jumps to the secondaryProgress position and then to the target position.
The expected result is that the thumb should jump directly to the target position.
