Right now AQI only supports gradle projects. I'll keep this open as a feature request to support non-gradle projects.

Flutter is ultimately a Gradle project. The path is not at the root awesome_project but in awesome_project/android. It would be nice if possible to specify the path of the gradle project (very useful in the case of mono repo)

any update about this improvement ? I am face the same issue
Description
I have logged in with my developer account to android studio. I am trying to access firebase crashlytics using App Quality Insight tab for my flutter app. Please note that firebase and firebase crashlytics are integrated in my app and same google account is used for both android studio login and firebase integration. But the app quality insight tab keeps showing me "Waiting for initial sync" message.
I have attached both diagnostic report and screenshot of my android studio with this feedback. Please help.
