Cloud Task can trigger Cloud function gen2. CF gen2 has a max execution time 60mins so it will be useful to cover this 60 minutes of execution CF gen2.

Now the max value for 'dispatchDeadline'  is 30 mins but it is not enough for CF gen2 that running 60mins. If you allow trigger CF gen2 by Cloud Task, please increase dispatchDeadline to value of max execution CF gen2 time
