I am only asking how is billing location defined for recommendations AI.
Is it dependent on our resources, eg if something is billed in Asia, does it mean we have some of our datasets, notebooks etc allocated there, or is it always global and cannot be changed?

How can this be moved to the EU, in order to ensure GDPR compliance?
We tried changing prediction endpoint to a different location, but seems like only 'global' is possible.
Is there another way, or is that a desired outcome that cannot be changed?
