Repro instructions:

Create new C++ project (make sure you are using AGP 8.2.0-beta04)
Connect physical device (arm).
Hit Run.

Expected result:

No build warnings.

Actual result:

Build output panel has the following warning:

[CXX5200] ABIs [arm64-v8a,armeabi-v7a,armeabi] set by 'android.injected.build.abi' gradle
flag contained 'armeabi' which is invalid.

Regression: Yes (from Android Studio Giraffe / AGP 8.1)

Are you sure it wasn't introduced in https://googleplex-android-review.git.corp.google.com/c/platform/tools/base/+/23372540 where we now load the ABI list from the NDK itself?
