What you would like to accomplish:

We would like VPC Service Control to be able to support the Firebase Messaging using the API “fcm.googleapis.com”.

How this might work:

“fcm.googleapis.com” would be allowed in VPC SC like any other service. Currently it is not in the supported VPC SC products and the violation logs does not mention any additional information about ingress or egress traffic with regards to this API.

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):

Troubleshooting VPC has ended in understanding that the product is not supported
