Is there any progress on this? We are also affected and this currently blocks us from upgrading python beyond 3.9.
Description
We use Cloud Functions for file encryption based on Cloud Storage blobs. When upgrading our encryption and decryption Cloud Functions they fail to run. The issue is that the Python 3.11 image is based on Ubuntu 22.04 and does not have the gnupg system packages installed. Is it possible to get these re-added to the system packages?
