Ok, yes, I just tried it and it works again now. (Obviously, nothing to do with reinstalling or notifications. It simply started to work because they fixed it on the server side.)

Samsung One Ui 6.0 beta user here.
I got a S23 Ultra, running the latest beta for EUX, and this problem has been on the line for quite some time. If I try to delete cache from the Google Play Store/Services and Google Wallet, it goes away for a bit, and after 20 secs, the phone is again NOT ABLE to do contactless transactions. The play integrity checker shows all okay, and yet the cards are not working.
