Description
I wish to propose adding the `ffmpeg` package to the Python 3.11 Ubuntu 22.04 image provided by Google Cloud. `ffmpeg` is critical for handling multimedia content such as audio and video - a common requirement in today's cloud-computing workloads. Having `ffmpeg` and its `ffprobe` utility preinstalled would simplify deployments and enhance the overall user experience.
