Component used (HealthServices or HealthConnect): HealthServices SDK Version used: 1.1.0-alpha01

Apps must have a hard dependency on Guava, since the apis like HealthServicesClient return ListenableFuture.

Attempting to replace it with the stubs, doesn't seem to work since com.google.guava:listenablefuture:1.0 gets overriden by the guava version.

1. HealthServices should stop using guava directly, see https://cs.android.com/androidx/platform/frameworks/support/+/androidx-main:docs/api_guidelines/dependencies.md
2. Add an API dependency on Guava full or listenablefuture
