As a serverless(App Engine, Cloud Run, or Cloud Functions) customer, I want serverless products to provide a minimum TLS version of 1.2 or to have a configuration option to set the minimum TLS version (disable TLS version 1.0 and 1.1) and allowed SSL ciphers that are used for my services. To be clear, I want these features without having to set up Cloud Load Balancing and serverless NEGs (As mentioned in the documents below).
