This reproduces on AGP 8.3-alpha06 and 8.1.2

With a task that transforms an APK artifact:

androidComponents.onVariants {variant ->
   val assetTask = project.tasks.register<TransformTask>("transformFor${variant.name}")

   variant.artifacts.use(assetTask).wiredWithDirectories(
      taskInput = TransformAssetsTask::input,
      taskOutput = TransformAssetsTask::output
   ).toTransform(SingleArtifact.APK)
}

Running the tasks, Gradle will output the following issue:

* What went wrong:
A problem was found with the configuration of task ':app:createDebugApkListingFileRedirect' (type 'ListingFileRedirectTask').
  - In plugin 'com.android.internal.version-check' type 'com.android.build.gradle.internal.tasks.ListingFileRedirectTask' property 'listingFile' specifies file '/.../app/build/outputs/apk/debug/output-metadata.json' which doesn't exist.
    
    Reason: An input file was expected to be present but it doesn't exist.
    
    Possible solutions:
      1. Make sure the file exists before the task is called.
      2. Make sure that the task which produces the file is declared as an input.

for example, many different devices return the same longitude and latitude.such as : longitude is 121.474000 and latitude is 31.230001.
i donnot understand why is the data the same?

the fractional part of the location data is exactly the same.

Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.
