Description
What you would like to accomplish: Per "HLS Authoring Specification for Apple Devices" requirement 9.15, the HLS manifest file should include the
FRAME-RATEattribute for each tag.How this might work: N/A
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: We are trying to abide by Apple's HLS specification.
