Kotlin version: 1.8.0

Steps to Reproduce or Code Sample to Reproduce:

Change the md_theme_light_scrim = Color(0xFF000000) and the md_theme_dark_scrim = Color(0xFF000000) in your Color.kt
In your app, make sure you have an Alert Dialog that will be prompted the user when tapping a button
Tap that button and notice that the scrim didn't change at all
