Problem you have encountered: Service account is not selectable from the dropdown
The issue arises when creating a gateway through the console and the service account does not have a display name.
When selecting the service account, from the drop down it goes back without selecting the said SA
What you expected to happen: Service account is selectable even without a name/display name.
Steps to reproduce: 1.Created a service account without a name (only the service account id). 2.Created an API gateway, under API Config > Identity to be used by gateway, select the aforementioned service account. However it does not get selected. 3.For other services such as Compute Engine, the aforementioned service account gets seelcted.
