One more detail, Data Layer event calls from the watch to the phone (running Android 13) do work on if the listener is in an Activity or Fragment.

Hello,
The customer sees RUN, EDIT, and DELETE buttons on the Cloud Web Security Scanner > Managed Scan page in the Cloud Console. And also the EDIT and DELETE buttons are disabled on this page.
The customer would like these EDIT and DELETE buttons to be removed from this page to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding for users if the edit and delete functions are not likely to be used on this page.
