Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish:

• To be able to tag all resources described in the documentation via the Google Console and not only via the REST API

How this might work:

• Working with the Console and the resources described in the documentation[1] and being able to be tagged easily.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:

• Almost all resources can use labels instead of tags, however, labels have several limitations that tags do not.
• It is not possible to put special characters such as "@". Spaces are not allowed either.
• There is an FR to allow Labels to use UTF-8 characters but, in the meantime, we found this issue with Tags

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):

• Some resources can use the Rest-API to put tags. For example, in Regional Persistent Disks the only way to assign tags is with the REST API [2] which is very complicated to be found to each resource or service needed to have tags.
