Steps to reproduce:
- configure work manager to run every 15 minutes
- Launch app so work is scheduled
- Turn on bedtime mode on the device
- Check back in 5 hours to see how many scheduled jobs ran
- You will find 0 jobs run while bedtime mode is enabled. In Wear OS 3 this was not the case. On Wear OS 4 on Samsung watches work manager jobs are still able to run on schedule
Bug report: Pending will attach tonight when I go to sleep to show actual results. Given the +1's already I am not alone on this.
Screen record: Not applicable to this issue as it happens to a foreground service.

We have now received confirmation from users that Galaxy Watch devices are also impacted by this. This is the internal bug we are tracking with some logs from the end user.

According to Home assistant users this issue is not limited to Bedtime mode but also Theater mode, DND and Wet Mode (touch lock mode). This was not the case in Wear OS 3 at all, intents are still working its just the work manager jobs that come to a complete standstill for hours on end.

This is still an issue after December QPR update. This actually hampers on critical functionality of sending important watch data to the smart home like telling the house you fell asleep so it can turn off the lights for example.

still an issue in Wear OS5 on pixel watch 3 XL, this is harming critical functionality for any app that relies on work manager which is the recommended approach by google. If we can get an update that would be great
