For us to further investigate this issue, please provide the following additional information:
Enable verbose vendor logging. If an issue happens on this device again, we can get valid modem logs for analysis. Instructions can be found below.
Step to enable modem log on user build
1.Enable from Developer Option
1-a) Go to Setting > About phone.
1-b) Tap “Build number” until it shows “You are now a developer!”.
2.Go to Settings > System > Developer options
Turn on “Enable verbose vendor logging”. Reproduce the issue and take an Android bug report (to be captured after reproducing the issue). For steps to capture a bug report, please refer:

Thanks for the response, for us to further investigate we need a bug report from latest build with modem logs enabled.Please provide the requested information to proceed further. Unfortunately the issue will be closed within 7 days if there is no further update.

It even lists NR SA and NR NSA cells in Cellmapper and many neighbor cells in Netmonster.
It even looks like NR CA to me.
