Description
Problem you have encountered: When trying to get the equivalent CLI command to create a Workflow template from the console, an invalid command is generated. The console generates a command that start with:
Unknown REST request: {"method":"POST","body":{"id":What you expected to happen: A runnable and valid command to be generated.
Steps to reproduce: Create a Workflow template from the console. Specify a managed cluster running in a custom VPC, with a PySpark job.
