What you would like to accomplish: Using the documentation here [1], be able to add a new attribute or a way to specify which Service Account can be used when creating an Anthos Config Controller.

How this might work: Add a new attribute to specify a Service Account when using the gcloud command.


If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: This is for a particular use case when we would need to use a different Service account from the default compute Service Account.
