Description
Remove the ability to disable automatic rotation
Issue summary:
Looking for a way to be able to prevent users from choosing “Never(manual rotation)” while they are still able to choose other rotation period options
What you expected to happen:
Be able to prevent users from choosing only “Never(manual rotation)” .
Workaround:
Exclude the “cloudkms.cryptoKeys.update” permission as per
