It doesn't explain what is this "idle" state.
For JobInfo it says, but it also says it's not related to ""device idle" or "doze" states":

So what does each of these mean, if it's not those states? Does it mean that we can at least assume that the display was turned off for some time, and that the trigger is while the display is turned off?
What are the restrictions when using this?
