What you would like to accomplish: A way to be able to export processor version and schema to another project without having an active source project
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: At the moment, you must have an active source project in order to export processor data to another project, and you can only export the processor version, without the schema as mentioned in https://cloud.google.com/document-ai/docs/manage-processor-versions#import
