We needed to bump Mockito-Android dependency for API 34 (

b/315122390

). But this version of Mockito uses java.util.stream which is only available on API 24+. Therefore some Paging 2 tests are failing in API 21 instrumented tests.

Moved failing test files to jvmTest for now. We should migrate these tests away from mockito so we can move them back into commonJvmAndroidTest.
