Please enable the `pg_bm25` extension for Postgres on Cloud SQL.

We are building a RAG tool and would like to install an extension that is not available, `pg_bm25` : https://docs.paradedb.com/blog/introducing_bm25 .

Probably many other customers would find this useful, as RAG tools are trending right now and significant evidence indicates that a hybrid retrieval approach can be more performant than vector search or bm_25 alone.

In our case, we would be using the `pgvector` extension (already available) with `pg_bm25` (not available).
