Description
We have been using this service for around 3 years now, during that time we have increased the amount of intents that use Webhooks in our project, however we are still having cases were the webhook fails in crucial messages, which can be detrimental to que quality of service we hope to provide.
Having said that, recently I found the following documentation:
The 1st and 2nd workarounds, I believe would require a refactor of our code, unfortunately we don't have the resources or time to consider this options at this time.
The 3rd one, is out of the questions as we have more than 100 intentions using webhooks, we would have to create another 100 just to create follow-up events required to extend the time.
That leave us with the last option: "If it is not possible to implement any of the suggested workarounds, the Dialogflow Essentials product team can consider increasing the limit on the agent level (very exceptional case)."

Justification: Options 1 and 2 will required a refactor of our code, option 3 is not possible as we have more than 100 intentions with webhook which would required to create 100 intents for the follow-up events.
