Working on a POC with a customer and trying to get the web detection feature working properly to find a full match or partial match of an image found on the web.  Unfortunately, the results are coming back with completely different images even when it returns a full match image.  I also tried using the latest build model, however no full match image returns.

Problem you have encountered:
Web detection in the cloud vision api is coming back with full image match of a completely different image.

What you expected to happen:
comes back with an image that is exactly the same  or partially similar as the image I submitted.

Steps to reproduce:
This is the image I used for the search:

I attached the image vision api responded with as a full match.
