Feature Request: Add scroll animation spec to TvLazyRow/Column

In compose 1.6.0 BringIntoViewSpec was introduced. This provides a means to add custom the animations for scrolling lazy lists, something we have long tried to worked around (unsuccessfully).

Material TV defines its own spec - TvBringIntoViewSpec.scrollAnimationSpec - without the ability to customize at the defaults of Modifier.scrollableWithPivot via LazyList.
