Showing the target project ID and waiting of input with "yes" to confirm it or "no" to cancel. This feature can help to avoid executing deployment in the wrong project.
And a flag e. g. "DISABLE_CONFIRM_RPOJECT_ID" or a parameter "--yes" should also be available to confirm automatically for the execution in a pipeline.

This is not only useful for IP addresses, but also for many other resources. I understand that names are currently used as identifiers, so this request is probably not trivial to implement. Maybe distinguishing between a (numeric, automatically generated) identifier and a (textual) label is the way to go?
