If I'm adding a new resource file and choose to add a Locale qualifier, and select a specific region (instead of "Any Region"), moving the mouse cursor over the "Show All Regions" checkbox resets the region selection back to "Any Region". (And that checkbox is on the direct cursor path from the region selection to the OK button, so you always touch it.)
