What you would like to accomplish: Allow the users to enable or disable the logs as desired
How this might work: The customers will be able to enable or disable the Rate Limit logs on their projects
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: It is not viable to the customers to decrease the writes per second on a Storage bucket
