[AOSP GSI] Meet Binder error in Settings after replacing GSI system image [319725304]

Hi Google experts,

We are running android 14, we found after replacing the GSI system image(downloaded from: https://developer.android.com/topic/generic-system-image/releases), a lot of binder errors can be seen from the logcat if we open the developer option (Settings->system->developer option).

From the logcat, we can see a lot of logs like below:

You can check attached "gsi_setting_binder_issue.txt" for more detailed logs.

This issue looks like an AOSP GSI issue as we can't reproduce this issue with the system image built by ourself.

Could you help check this issue?

Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.
