A repro project is attached, as well as a screen recording of the incorrect behavior.


Repro steps:
1. Disable animations through developer options, turn all 3 off or use the accessibility setting to disable animations.
2. Open the project and run the app.
3. Tap start, arrow should flip.
4. Tap reset, arrow should go back to original position, pointing down. Sometimes it does reset as expected, if it works, kill the app and repeat the steps, it'll fail at some point.
