Thanks for the report, that's actually just the default audio element for whichever browser you are using. We don't use it in many places so I'm not going to create our own version right now, though we may in future.
Description
1) Element should be viewport fixed floating component, so you don't have to scroll up again to replay audio if some issue happens.
2) It is difficult to see audio element due to low contrast with background. Please use some darker background for it
