What you would like to accomplish:
Customer's might like to have Dataproc Serverless autoscaling version 2 enabled by default for Serverless Spark autoscaling
How this will help:
Enabling dataproc Serverless autoscaling version 2 by default will add features and improvements to default version 1 (V1) to help manage Dataproc Serverless workloads, improve workload performance, and save costs.
