• Kotlin version: 1.9.22

Steps to Reproduce or Code Sample to Reproduce:

1. Draw the attached vector drawable using the Icon from Jetpack Compose
2. Try not to cry
3. Cry a lot

Expected behavior: the icon should look OK-ish (left icon in the attached png file)

Actual behavior: the icon looks ridiculously bad (right icon in the attached png file)

Everything was drawn correctly on the old version:

composeBom = "2023.06.01"
composeCompiler = "1.4.8"

I tried the latest version, but it exhibits the same behavior:

composeBom = "2024.01.00"
composeCompiler = "1.5.8"

Might be related to the new Float parser? (suspicion based on the fact that the round rects on the icon are not round)
