Hello! Sorry to bring up this issue after almost a year but I wanted to add that we have chosen metric identifier as agent.googleapis.com/memory/percent_used but autoscaling didnt work out for us either. It would be appraciated if you can guide us.

Issue Summary :
Getting empty values for their Cloud Run Revision "http_requests" metric. To save time and have this label included in Cloud Monitoring metrics, without the need to set up any custom metrics infra. We have confirmed that this is a known issue on the Cloud Run side as per documentation [1].The "route label" for the "http_requests" metric is currently empty.
