Description
This requirement is to display the health rating for each of the Spanner instance. Would like to see a UI which displays the birds eye view of how healthy the system is currently being used (For example: a score between 1 to 10). Would like to determine the rating based on the last 24 hours of usage which will include parameters like Storage usage, CPU Usage/Spikes, Heavy Transaction Locks, and average percentile latencies. Also want a recommendations option that will give insights to the application teams on how to improve the instance ratings.
