What you would like to accomplish:
- This request aims to have specific SLO indications for customers towards the recommendation API for Discovery Engine
   - https://discoveryengine.googleapis.com/v1beta/projects/PROJECT_ID/locations/global/dataStores/DATA_STORE_ID/servingConfigs/SERVING_CONFIG_ID:recommend


How this might work:
- Sharing information about the expected responses for different load usage in the customer side
   - For example, use of this API to 10s, 100s, 1000s requests per second in a customer facing application?


If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
- This request aims to determine what is expected from the API and determine the expected response time.
