Description
Issue: What if one of the permissions that will be removed after the recommendation will be needed after it will be removed.
To accomplish: Feature request that either excludes this from the SCC/IAM Recommender (as per our docs we advise to use Editor role) or even better, that a proper Service Agent role with minimum privileges is created to replace the Editor role.
